Meet Dr. Jean-Guy Daigneault
Having been a chiropractic patient as a child and throughout his 15-year hockey career, Dr. Jean-Guy decided the career was a perfect fit for him as he wanted to help people transform their lives the same way his was changed through this powerful and natural medium.

At Gilead Healing Center, Dr. Jean-Guy strives to help his patients live to their full potential. He and the entire team believe that education is very important, and they make a point to help patients better understand exactly how chiropractic care and nutrition can impact their lives. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University and has been helping the Lansing community heal for nearly two decades.

Meet Dr. Denise Rassel
Coming from a family of more than 30 chiropractors, it’s no surprise that the Lansing based chiropractor Dr. Denise ultimately followed God’s calling for her to continue down the very same path. Dr. Denise attended the renowned Life University in Georgia where she met her now-husband, Dr. Daigneault.

Dr. Denise enjoys helping her patients achieve proper health naturally while helping the body restore its function, allowing for better communication between the brain and every other organ in the body. She truly believes that chiropractic care can save lives and looks forward to helping your family experience the true power it has, naturally!
Dr. Denise is current member of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors, the League of Chiropractic Women, holds a certification in Pediatric Chiropractic through the ICPA and is certified in Chiropractic Biophysics. Meet Dr. David J. Nebbeling D.O.

Dr. David J. Nebbeling is a board-certified family medicine physician specializing in primary care and regenerative medicine at Gilead Healing Center. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at McLaren Greater Lansing. Dr. Nebbeling is also board-certified in regenerative medicine through the American Osteopathic Association Board of Prolotherapy and Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Nebbeling takes a personalized approach to patient care, valuing open dialogue and mutual respect in the doctor-patient relationship. He recognizes that every individual’s path to health is unique and works alongside patients to develop treatment plans that align with their personal goals and preferences. With an understanding of both conventional and alternative approaches to wellness, he provides guidance and support without judgment, creating a space where patients feel heard and empowered in their healthcare decisions.
With a focus on overall health and well-being, Dr. Nebbeling provides care for a wide range of conditions and works with patients to find solutions that support their individual needs. Meet Helena Miller, R.R.T.

Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner
Helena has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for almost 20 years & first came to the office as a nutrition patient with Dr. Jean-Guy. It was her experience working in the hospital that sparked her desire for more—to help people naturally and without the use of drugs. Since becoming a nutrition patient and ultimately a Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner, her health and the health of her family has improved dramatically.
Helena is trained through Ulan Nutritional Systems and completed her Master’s Certification in Nutrition Response Testing in 2017. She is currently accepting new patients Wednesday-Friday.

Hello, My name is Lanéya. My passion is God, Family, Health and Wellness. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have been Licensed for 10 years. I started my massage journey in North Carolina. I moved to NC from Michigan to enjoy the lovely warm weather. While enjoying it, I realized I needed a another change in life. I was tired of working the same jobs I worked in Michigan. So, I started looking for something different. On my search for a new job I kept coming across postings for massage therapy needed EVERYWHERE. I took it as a sign from God and start digging deeper. Here I am 10 years later still holing on to my license and loving Gods choice for me. I love helping people and using my prayers and handcrafted herbal blends to do so.

At the early age of 6, Mikki was fascinated with massage therapy. Her journey officially started in 2019. She attended Lansing Community College. LCC has the highest accredited massage certification in the state! She graduated in 2021 and is certified in relaxation, therapeutic, sport, lymphatic drainage, infant, prenatal, polarity, hot stone, and deep tissue massage. Mikki also has an associates degree in allied health. Everyone can benefit from her hands and her knowledge. Mikki enjoys watching people have breakthroughs of all kinds and loves being a support on people’s healing journeys! She prides herself in being relaxing and uplifting at the same time.

Michelle Nichols is a Clinical Therapist specializing in Christian counseling. She has been in private practice as a Christian counselor for 15 years. Prior to that she worked as a family counselor in at-risk homes. She works with adults and couples on a variety of issues. She accepts many insurances and accepts a sliding scale.

I believe it is important for individuals to feel safe and supported in therapy when going through challenging times in life. I work to create that safe environment for individuals, couples, and families through balancing acceptance and validation with change strategies.
I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My experience includes working with various mental health diagnosis, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use disorders, behavioral addictive disorders, adjustment disorders, and personality disorders.

My specialty is assisting/collaborating in the healing and growth process from an emotional and spiritual perspective, focusing on enhancing motivation and helping clients apply skills and scripture to specific challenges and events in their lives. I teach skills from the four modules of DBT: Core Mindfulness skills, Distress Tolerance skills, Interpersonal Effectiveness skills, and Emotion Regulation skills.
